  • Orders can be placed through our website, WhatsApp, Facebook, phone, or in person.
  • All orders are subject to confirmation and availability.
  • BBM reserves the right to accept or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required before delivery or processing.
  • Accepted payment methods include: bank check, deposit, Bkash, Nagad, and cash.
  • All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

5. Delivery & Shipping

  • In-stock items: Delivered within 1–2 working days.
  • Pre-ordered items: Delivered within 45–50 working days.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.
  • Customers must ensure correct shipping details when ordering.

6. Return & Replacement Policy

As per our official policy:

  • No returns, replacements, or refunds once a product is sold or booked.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before processing.
  • Once confirmed or shipped, orders cannot be canceled. 

8. After-Sales Support & Warranty

  • We provide a 1-year service warranty (excluding spare parts).
  • Technical support is available via call, video, or technician visit.
  • Customers are responsible for spare part purchases if required. 

9. Limitation of Liability

BBM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our maximum liability is limited to the product price paid by the customer. 

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and media (text, logos, images) is the property of Business Bangla Machineries.
You may not copy or use them without written permission. 

11. Privacy

Use of our website or services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how customer information is collected and used.
