1. No Return Policy
bbm return and replacement policy : At Business Bangla Machineries, we do not accept returns for any products once sold or booked.
We clearly mention in every invoice:
“Sold and booked items are non-refundable and non-returnable.”
Customers are advised to carefully check and confirm before making a purchase.
2. Damaged Products by Courier
bbm return and replacement policy : If a product is bent, broken, or damaged during courier delivery, Business Bangla Machineries is not responsible for the damage.
Customers should inspect the package while receiving from the courier service.
3. No Replacement Policy
We do not offer replacement for any sold products.
All orders are considered final after confirmation.

All payments are non-refundable.
