1. No Return Policy
At Business Bangla Machineries, we do not accept returns for any products once sold or booked.
We clearly mention in every invoice:
“Sold and booked items are non-refundable and non-returnable.”
Customers are advised to carefully check and confirm before making a purchase.
2. Damaged Products by Courier
If a product is bent, broken, or damaged during courier delivery, Business Bangla Machineries is not responsible for the damage.
Customers should inspect the package while receiving from the courier service.
3. No Replacement Policy
We do not offer replacement for any sold products.
All orders are considered final after confirmation.
4. No Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable.
As per our business policy:
“Sold goods and booking means no refund.”
5. Custom or Ordered Products
Custom or pre-ordered items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance.
However, if the customer has a strong reason for not accepting the product, they may submit a written request asking to switch to another available product.
Approval is subject to company review and discretion.
