✅ 1. How to Place an Order

Customers can place orders through the following channels:

  • Official website: www.bbm.com.bd
  • Phone call or WhatsApp to our sales team
  • Facebook Page or Messenger
  • By visiting any of our showrooms in Dhaka

Once the order is confirmed, a BBM representative will follow up for payment and delivery arrangements.

💳 2. Payment Terms

  • All orders must be fully paid before delivery or processing.
  • Accepted payment methods:
    • Bank deposit or bank cheque
    • Bkash (Personal & Merchant)
    • Nagad
    • Cash (in person at showroom)

Note: BBM does not allow partial payments or payment after delivery.

📦 3. Delivery Time

  • Ready-stock products: Delivered within 1–2 working days.
  • Pre-order/custom products: Delivered within 45–50 working days (based on availability and manufacturing time).

🚚 4. Delivery Method

  • BBM uses trusted courier/logistics companies for nationwide delivery.
  • Customers may also arrange pickup from our showroom upon confirmation.
  • Delivery cost is paid by the customer unless stated otherwise.

🔄 5. Order Confirmation & Changes

  • Once an order is confirmed and payment is made, it cannot be changed or canceled.
  • For any changes, the customer must contact our team before payment.
  • BBM reserves the right to reject any order at its discretion.

❌ 6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled only before payment is completed.
  • Once payment is received, cancellation is not allowed under any circumstances.

⚠️ 7. Important Notes

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery details.
  • BBM is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect information or third-party courier services.
  • Please check your product before confirming receipt from the courier.
